About Coyote Hills Community and HOA

Coyote Hills is a small community of 5 acre homesteads situated amongst the hills of beautiful Elizabeth, Colorado. From the moment you arrive, you’ll notice that this is more than just a collection of houses. It’s a place where neighbors know each other by name, where conversations happen naturally, and where people look out for one another. Whether it’s a friendly wave across the street, lending a helping hand, or gathering for shared moments, connection is at the heart of everything we do.

Our community thrives on the idea that small can be powerful. With just 32 homes, we have the opportunity to build real relationships—ones that go beyond surface-level interactions. We celebrate milestones together, support each other through challenges, and create an environment where everyone feels seen and valued.

We also take pride in fostering a spirit of support. Whether it’s organizing community activities, maintaining our shared spaces, or simply being there when someone needs help, we work together to create a place we’re proud to call home.

This is a community where people care—about their homes, their neighbors, and the life they’re building together. It’s a place rooted in connection, strengthened by relationships, and sustained by the simple belief that we are better together.
